You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your new hair. Whether it’s about how to care for your new hair or how to style it to match your unique looks and personality, your cosmetologist will make sure all your questions are answered! This consultation is FREE with any wig purchase over $1700. It is available for a nominal fee on wig purchases under $1700.
4. Your Wig Will Be Inspected By a Certified Cosmetologist Before We Send Her To You
Every wig we ship to our customers is personally inspected by a Certified Cosmetologist/Wig Specialist. Wigs aren’t like a pair of shoes or yoga pants. We don’t believe slapping a mailing label on a box in a warehouse and sending it on its way is in our customers’ best interest. Instead, experts inspect our wigs before they’re shipped to make sure you get the exact wig you ordered, that the color is spot on and that she meets our high quality standards.
5. A Customer Friendly Return Policy
Most wig retailers charge a restocking fee for returns ranging from 10% – 20% of the cost of the wig. For high end wigs that can easily cost you $300 or more for a return. We think that’s too high. WigSuperStore.com just charges a flat rate of $49 for restocking on all eligible returns.
