We understand your hair is a part of your identity, and the color you select can say a lot about you. This is a decision we do not take lightly and want to help our customers choose the perfect color for their skin tone and personality
These are the steps we take to make finding your perfect hair color as easy as possible…
- We stock the most popular colors for the wig styles we carry. The ones we, and our partners at Bravadas, know from experience most women are looking for - and are HAPPIEST with.
- If you like one of those colors we have in stock, great! Simply order it and we'll send it to you ASAP!
- If you're not sure (or don't see the color you're looking for) please choose the "Not sure - Help me choose the perfect color!" option and order your wig.
- After you place your order, a Certified Cosmetologist/Wig Specialist from our partners at Bravadas will reach out to you to schedule a video chat (via Skype, FB Messenger, WhatsApp or other available video chat option). There is NO additional charge for this service!
- During this video chat, your Certified Wig Specialist will get to know you, your skin tone, personality and more. After getting to know you, the Specialist will discuss the best color options for you and help you decide on the perfect color.
- Once you’re happy with your color choice, your order will be automatically updated and your wig will be shipped to your door.
Easy peasy! (Oh, and of course if you’re not sure about the color or even the wig style after your consult, just let us know before your order is processed and we'll give you a full refund on your order.)
Beyond the Color Consultation
Most of the time, the color consultation with a Bravadas Cosmetologist and our online swatches/charts are enough to help you find the perfect color. But sometimes they’re not. If that’s the case, don’t worry! We’ve still got you covered.
Here are some additional options we offer to help you find the perfect color…
Option 1 - Order a Color Swatch:
For the most accurate color representation, most of our available brand’s swatches are available for purchase. Simply order the swatch through us and you will be able to select the best hair color from your favorite brand.
Option 2 - Color Ring Exchange Program:
Another cost-effective way to choose your best color is through our Color Ring Exchange Program. Simply order the color ring you want to select from and return it within 10 days of receiving it. When we receive the color ring with all of its swatches, we credit the purchase price (minus shipping) toward your account. This store credit does not expire, so you can use it whenever you are ready to make a purchase. Please keep in mind, that failure to return the color ring within 10 days or without all of the swatches violates our policy, and you will own the product.
Option 3 - Send a Hair Sample:
With our team of experts available to help, you can simply send us a sample of your own hair or wig that you want to match. Our color experts will select the color blend that best represents your sample.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or provide you with a refund on all eligible items.
As is the norm with online wig retailers, please note that returned items must be in the original packaging and include all tags, labels, etc. Items that have been worn, tried on, damaged or modified in any way (ie. have an odor, show signs of wear and/or have had styling product applied to them) are not eligible for return.
We provide a free wig cap with all orders we send to our customers. For hygienic reasons, you must use the wig cap when trying on your wig in order to maintain it's eligibility for a return.
Returns should be postmarked within 14 business days from the confirmed date of receipt. Shipping fees for the return will be paid by the customer.
Customers must provide WigSuperStore.com with the tracking number from the shipping company for any packages returned to us. We are not responsible for packages returned to us that are lost or damaged during the shipping process. We recommend that if you return an item to us you insure the package with the shipping company so they are responsible for any damage during shipping.
- Products eligible for return must be in factory condition including the attached tags and original packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged or tampered with will not receive exchange authorization.
- Products not eligible for return include costume wigs, accessories, care products, special orders, wholesale orders and last call, clearance or discontinued items.
If you return an eligible item, we offer a few options to our customers:
- We offer one of the fairest refund policies in the industry. If you request a refund on your wig purchase, we only assess a flat $49 restocking fee. The rest of the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Store credit for 100% of the purchase price that can be applied to all future purchases. This store credit is good for 45 days.
- Exchange item for another item or items and get 100% credit for your original purchase. Only one exchange per item is allowed.
Upon receiving a returned item at our facility, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process the return and issue a credit/refund on all eligible returns.
Any ineligible items that are returned to us will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Color exchanges are available for a nominal $20 handling fee if you are returning the item for the first time and exchanging for the same item. The original item must be in factory condition.
Cancellation & Changes To Order:
After an order is placed, any cancellation or modification to the order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations or modifications made after 24 hours are subject to a $49 cancellation/modification fee.

Packages that are refused or come back as undeliverable will incur a $49 restocking fee plus any additional shipping charges (these fees will be charged to the original payment method). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately at this time we do not handle orders from outside the US. All orders must be placed using a credit card with a US billing address and shipped to an address in the US.
We accept all major credit cards.
All wigs sold at WigSuperStore.com include free USPS Ground shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout at an additional cost set by the USPS.
Order Processing Time:
The processing time for most orders is 5 business days, but we strive to fulfill orders faster than that whenever possible. Each wig and hair extension is meticulously examined by a licensed Cosmetologist/wig specialist prior to shipping to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality.
Shipping times are determined by the shipping option selected during checkout.
Please note that shipments may be delayed by factors outside the control of WigSuperStore.com including holidays, shipping delays, natural disasters, etc. WigSuperStore.com is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to these factors.
Note: All shipped orders with a value over $500 will require a signature for delivery.
APO/FPO customers, please choose the USPS Priority Mail option during checkout.
We will provide you with regular updates during the order process. Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information so you know when to expect your package to arrive.

Your consultation will be with an expert who's experienced in working with women and men (from those who are experiencing medical hair loss to a bride-to-be looking for the perfect look for her wedding day).
During this personalized consultation (which we can do via phone or video chat), your cosmetologist will get to know you and your situation and will provide personalized advice so your new wig lasts a long time and looks amazing! You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your new hair. Whether it's about how to care for your new hair or how to style it to match your unique looks and personality, your cosmetologist will make sure all your questions are answered! This consultation is FREE with any wig purchase over $1700. It is available for a nominal fee on wig purchases under $1700.
4. Your Wig Will Be Inspected By a Certified Cosmetologist Before We Send Her To You
Every wig we ship to our customers is personally inspected by a Certified Cosmetologist/Wig Specialist. Wigs aren't like a pair of shoes or yoga pants. We don't believe slapping a mailing label on a box in a warehouse and sending it on its way is in our customers' best interest. Instead, experts inspect our wigs before they're shipped to make sure you get the exact wig you ordered, that the color is spot on and that she meets our high quality standards.
5. A Customer Friendly Return Policy
Most wig retailers charge a restocking fee for returns ranging from 10% - 20% of the cost of the wig. For high end wigs that can easily cost you $300 or more for a return. We think that's too high. WigSuperStore.com just charges a flat rate of $49 for restocking on all eligible returns.
