We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or provide you with a refund on all eligible items.
As is the norm with online wig retailers, please note that returned items must be in the original packaging and include all tags, labels, etc. Items that have been worn, tried on, damaged or modified in any way (ie. have an odor, show signs of wear and/or have had styling product applied to them) are not eligible for return.
We provide a free wig cap with all orders we send to our customers. For hygienic reasons, you must use the wig cap when trying on your wig in order to maintain it’s eligibility for a return.
Returns should be postmarked within 14 business days from the confirmed date of receipt. Shipping fees for the return will be paid by the customer.
Customers must provide WigSuperStore.com with the tracking number from the shipping company for any packages returned to us. We are not responsible for packages returned to us that are lost or damaged during the shipping process. We recommend that if you return an item to us you insure the package with the shipping company so they are responsible for any damage during shipping.
– Products eligible for return must be in factory condition including the attached tags and original packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged or tampered with will not receive exchange authorization.
– Products not eligible for return include costume wigs, accessories, care products, special orders, wholesale orders and last call, clearance or discontinued items.
If you return an eligible item, we offer a few options to our customers:
- We offer one of the fairest refund policies in the industry. If you request a refund on your wig purchase, we only assess a flat $49 restocking fee. The rest of the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Store credit for 100% of the purchase price that can be applied to all future purchases. This store credit is good for 45 days.
- Exchange item for another item or items and get 100% credit for your original purchase. Only one exchange per item is allowed.
Upon receiving a returned item at our facility, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process the return and issue a credit/refund on all eligible returns.
Any ineligible items that are returned to us will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Color exchanges are available for a nominal $20 handling fee if you are returning the item for the first time and exchanging for the same item. The original item must be in factory condition.
Cancellation & Changes To Order:
After an order is placed, any cancellation or modification to the order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations or modifications made after 24 hours are subject to a $49 cancellation/modification fee.

Packages that are refused or come back as undeliverable will incur a $49 restocking fee plus any additional shipping charges (these fees will be charged to the original payment method). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately at this time we do not handle orders from outside the US. All orders must be placed using a credit card with a US billing address and shipped to an address in the US.
We accept all major credit cards.
All wigs sold at WigSuperStore.com include free USPS Ground shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout at an additional cost set by the USPS.
Order Processing Time:
The processing time for most orders is 5 business days, but we strive to fulfill orders faster than that whenever possible. Each wig and hair extension is meticulously examined by a licensed Cosmetologist/wig specialist prior to shipping to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality.
Shipping times are determined by the shipping option selected during checkout.
Please note that shipments may be delayed by factors outside the control of WigSuperStore.com including holidays, shipping delays, natural disasters, etc. WigSuperStore.com is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to these factors.
Note: All shipped orders with a value over $500 will require a signature for delivery.
APO/FPO customers, please choose the USPS Priority Mail option during checkout.
We will provide you with regular updates during the order process. Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information so you know when to expect your package to arrive.
WigSuperstore is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: Illinois, Missouri, Texas and Kansas. The appropriate sales tax will be automatically added to order totals in the Shopping Cart during the checkout process.
